I have been so VERY happy with Dr. Dunn. Following wrist surgery, I had a difficult time with hand pain. Dr. Dunn knew exactly what it was and what needed to be done. He even made sure that my carpal tunnel might need a little work, so combined two surgeries into one. In only 2 months my hand is pain free and NO therapy required. I would recommend him to anyone needing surgery in either El Paso or Las Cruces. Also, he never runs late for an appointment - a rarity these days.
